Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full recruitment life cycle starting from sourcing resume, evaluation and submitting resumes, coordinating with clients, follow up till offer and joining of the candidate.
  • Responsible for maintaining and establishing relationship with US based clients.
  • Strong grasp of commonly used recruiting industry jargon- C2C, 1099, W2, CTH, etc.
  • Understanding of common foreign national work authorizations for the United States- H1B, L1, EAD, TN, GC, etc.
  • Responsible for sourcing resumes through job sites like Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn and others.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience working with US IT recruitment companies.
  • Good understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets
  • Requires excellent customer service skills, in addition to organization, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
